"Great place! , kitchen has all you need from plates, utensils, pots."

"Nice space for my pre-teen and me. We easily made mac and cheese on the hot plate, cooked bacon in the air fryer, and enjoyed pizza from three different nearby restaurants. Ice cream and mini golf were both within walking distance. The condo was reasonably clean and had a nice supply of beach gear. We couldn't find any board games, though. The kiddie pool (about 6 inches deep) and the main pool (up to 5 feet deep), with a swim-behind waterfall, were just outside the building entrance. The...

"The property was perfect for a weekend beach getaway! With the condo being right on the beach, it was a perfect/easy set up to spend the whole day at the beach. Especially with the included chairs and umbrella. The view was wonderful. Would consider booking again!"

"Beach view,, short walk to beach and pool, could have been a little cleaner, but overall was nice…"

"The view was great and thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it! Although, the sofa pull out bed was super uncomfortable, the bed was thing and it would sink in. Including the side beds in the hallway, the beds were so uncomfortable and no airflow of a/c, which made it super hot! Another thing, was when you went outside the balcony, people would smoke outside of it and you even smelled not only cigarette but weed. Including outdated TVs that you couldn’t log in to any apps that have services to watch...

"STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

"We love our unit amazing veiw from every room. The balcony had extra space for table and chairs. "We enjoyed our stay. Room and property was very nice and clean. Communication with host was very prompt and efficient. Walking distance into the Wharf was an added bonus with the kids. 10/10"

"Great stay! Host was super helpful. Loved the backdoor access to the pool and easy walk to the beach. Will hopefully stay here again!"

"This was a great place to stay. It was clean, and even though it is not directly on the beach, you get a direct view from the balcony of the ocean and it’s only a two minute walk. The host was very quick to respond and my group had an amazing time!"

"Host was responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner"
