The location is fantastic, probably the best block of Miramar, with public beach access literally across the street, and very close to Pompano Joe’s, the excellent (huge) beach bar and restaurant we love, just to the east, maybe 3 minutes of walking. We had a great time, using for both a beach base and a travel exploration base, driving east to Grayton, Seaside, and Rosemary. Very comfortable. Pictured view is 100% authentic. "Nice condo, many updates. We always try to stay in this area due to its close proximity to Baytowne. One thing I was disappointed in was not having code to get into court to play pickleball. Was not given to us, so unfortunately couldn’t play. Also, not sure when last time floors were cleaned because when I cleaned them, the towel was filthy. That’s probably anywhere you go though. All in all, great place to stay and I would definitely recommend."

"This property has an amazing view from the master bedroom. It is close to great food and shopping. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were included which we took advantage of every day. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We ended up extending our stay another day so we could take advantage of better weather. Would definitely return to the area and stay at this location"
