✹This 9th floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Majestic Sun was completely remodeled down to the studs in 2020. The 9th Floor offers commanding views of sugary white sands and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. The recently completed remodel includes a custom kitchen with new appliances, countertops, and tile work. The kitchen is fully stocked with "more than the basics" so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your home away from home. The living room has new wood flooring, all new furniture, beachy decor, a large Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views! The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.

✹Down the hall, there is a stacked washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay. The master bedroom is spacious with a King bed with a brand new mattress, adjustable bedframe, 50" SMART TV, private closet, and private bathroom with upgraded vanity and upgraded tile shower. The secondary bedroom is basically a second master bedroom. Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
