    Southern Comfort er et luksuriøst 5BR / 4BA sommerhus, der sover 14 personer og kun 50 skridt fra gated strand adgang og kun en kort gåtur til poolen. Køkkenet er smukt og funktionelt med rustfrit stål apparater, smukt kabinet, granit bordplader og et overdimensioneret spisekammer med trægulve gennem hele hjemmet.

    Også placeret på første sal finder du et stort vaskerum med en ekstra stor kapacitet vaskemaskine og tørretumbler samt en dronning soveværelse med eget privat bad.

    De øverste niveauer giver rummelige soveværelser, herunder en imponerende master suite på anden sal. Nyd et stille øjeblik er opholdsområdet eller slappe af i det store badekar i badeværelset.

    Ved siden af master suite er en dronning soveværelse med et walk-in closet og et rummeligt badeværelse med dobbelte forfængelighed.

    Tredje etage sover fire komfortabelt med en king size seng i et soveværelse og en queen-size seng i den anden. Disse værelser deler et badeværelse.

Great location and responsive, friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay!! A group of 13 friends and family spent spring break here. There was plenty of space, the location was right in the middle of everything with beach access just across the road, management was friendly and prompt in responding to answer questions we had. The house provided all the essentials we needed to have a home away from home. We would definitely come here again!

We booked this last minute and so glad we did. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for multiple families. We can't wait to come back!

Great house, great location!

Best place I’ve rented on Miramar Beach. Great location, half way between Popano Joes and Whales Tale, next to Bad Ass Coffee…. Private beach access directly across the street, great Front porch on both first and second levels, big bedrooms and nice and updated bathrooms and kitchen… the pool is small but our 7 and 2 year old granddaughters loved it and was a nice warm sitting pool for the adults… nice community pool as well. This was perfect for our 10 person visit!

A great House in A Great Location!

The home was very clean, freshly painted and in a great location. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were handled quickly (the rental agency is just across the street). The home is directly across the street from the beach entrance and is as close to beach front as possible without actually being in a beachfront home. The only negative is the noise. The home is located on a very busy street corner and it was spring break. We knew this when we made the reservation. A small trade off for the location and convenience.

The location is ideal as the gated beach access is right across the street making it easy to transport all the beach gear. The parking on a side street off the main road is a real plus. The pool at the back entrance is small, but great for adults to sit and watch the little ones. The 2 front porches were amazing to sit and relax with a cold drink. 100% would consider this for a large group as the 4 bedrooms, plus the loft area for the older kids to sleep gave everyone their own area. No uncomfortable sleep sofas!

The location was amazing and we enjoyed the house, especially sitting on the porch watching people. The app was so helpful. We had 2 really small issues when we arrived Saturday night. We placed a ticket in the app and surprised when they called Sunday setting up a time to fix it. We expected it would be Monday. The repair person came on a Sunday and was professional, quick and super friendly. They were quick to respond to any questions via text. They checked on us throughout the stay. This is the service you want when renting a house. When we go back we are definitely looking for a rental from this company.
