Leave work behind for this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, two-story beach house. Shore Beats Work accommodates up to 14 guests and provides an enjoyable and relaxing environment.
This exquisite beach home is equipped with numerous amenities. Notable features include a private pool, bonus refrigerator in the downstairs laundry area, a second washer and dryer upstairs, accessible outdoor seating, and an under-counter icemaker.
The open floor plan and elegant coastal furnishings, along with the 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV in the main living area, create an inviting space for entertaining.

All renters must know this is a NON SMOKING property. Meaning no smoking inside or outside under the carport or anywhere on the property grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.

Max occupancy is 16 total guests, including infants. Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allowed.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements are provided throughout the home. The primary suite on the first floor features a king bed, a seating area, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and closet. A guest room on the first floor also includes a king bed and a TV, with access to the shared bathroom from both the guest room and the living area. Additionally, the utility room houses a laundry sink, washer and dryer, and a second refrigerator.

The second floor comprises four bedrooms: Guest rooms three and four each have a king bed, TV, and private bathroom; Guest room five has two twin beds and a TV; Guest room six is a bunk room with a TV and two custom twins over full bunks. This floor also offers an additional living area, covered porch access, and a stackable washer and dryer.

Emerald Waters Villages offers two lushly landscaped community swimming pools. This Fabulous private community is located on the East side of Holiday Road in Miramar Beach near the corner of Scenic Gulf Drive and Frangista Beach. This secluded neighborhood is close to tons of shopping, dining, golfing, and entertainment. Destin Commons is a favorite Shopping area in Destin as well as Silver Sands the nation’s largest Designer Outlet in America. Anchor stores in Destin Commons include Bass Pro Shop, H&M Store, Belk, and Uncle Bucks upscale Bowling Alley. Silvers Sands boasts designer stores such as Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klien, and Coach. Close by you will also find Whole Foods, Winn Dixie, and Publix Grocery. Lots of nearby activities and places to enjoy.

The Private Beach Access is just 1.5 blocks away and we offer a large rolling cart with several beach chairs included for your week's stay.

Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

*Cancelation Policy: Cancellations received within (60) days of the Check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations between the initial booking date and 60 days before the Check-in date will result in a $250.00 cancelation processing fee.
