    Dette byhus på 2BR / 2BA-enheden byder på fantastisk udsigt over bugten fra begge etager. En dejlig blanding af moderne og rustikke, dette Stille Surf byhus har mange renoveringer, herunder nye gulve, nye stranddæk på begge niveauer, renoverede badeværelser og nye møbler med nautisk stil. Nyd at se dine yndlings shows nedenunder på den komfortable sovesofa og fladskærms-tv. Spisestue til 10 inkluderer et spisebord til 6 og bar siddepladser til 4, bar højde dæk møbler på det store stranddækket, og en placering direkte på klitterne i Mexicogolfen vil få alle i din fest kommer tilbage til dette hjem år efter år.

    Ovenpå venter den rummelige master suite på dig. Den kingsize seng med en meget høj end luksus madras, et stort fladskærms-tv og adgang til ovenpå altan med udsigt over bugten fuldender dette værelse. Det andet soveværelse har to queen-size senge med luksuriøse high end madrasser med fladskærms-tv og et tilstødende badeværelse. Ren hvid hotel stil strøelse på alle senge.

Dette byhus ligger få minutter fra Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, landsbyen Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park og en række familievenlige spisesteder, indkøbs- og underholdningssteder.

    Dette rækkehus er til rådighed for længerevarende ophold for vinter snowbirds. Hvis du har brug for ekstra plads, håndterer vi også Quiet Surf # 8! Bo på Quiet Surf # 1 og modtag rabatter på golfvogn, cykel, strandudstyr, jetski og babyudstyr. Rabatter på dybhavsfiskeri så godt.

Amazing!

This place was right on the beach! Beautifully maintained and very well stocked. The property management company was fantastic and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Great view!! We had a great time and can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful 1st time in Destin. The rental was very clean and just as described in pics. Loved that there were eating places within walking distance! The property management was superior. Hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful getaway!

Quiet Surf II is a beautiful townhouse located on a pristine shoreline in Destin. The beach and water are stunning! Our party consisted of two couples in their 60s. We loved this place because you literally step out onto the beach from the deck steps! The master suite is amazing and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. This townhouse is close to restaurants and shopping. In fact, there’s a small restaurant called Kenny D’s right across the street. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

There were some minor maintenance issues but they really did not have a significant impact on our overall satisfaction. The rates were also good although we did stay during slow season, a week or so after spring break and before summer. We would definitely stay again. Also we drove an EV and it would have been really nice if they had a 220 connection so we could have chargers over night. I would even have paid more for it.

There were a couple minor problems that I reported and the Frangisca Beach staff quickly resolved to the point it was above and beyond what was required. Great seafood restaurant right next door. Another with outdoor seating right across the street. And then there is the beach. Very nice. Enjoying coffee in the morning or a cocktail on the deck with the view and the sound of the waves is very relaxing. I’d go back.

One of our favorite views was from the master suite. Just seeing and listening to the Gulf from the bedroom is heaven. The rental was immaculate. Plenty of towels provided, even beach towels. The kitchen was stock well to our surprise there was even an air fryer! The rental company was amazing they called to check in us personally to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We always prefer staying on the beach if possible and this place exceeded our expectations. I almost forgot to add there are two restaurants a coin toss away. We will book again for sure. Thank you for amazing memories!!

Beach Therapy Getaway

The beach was literally steps away from our back door. Beautiful view from our bedroom as well as the common family,dining & kitchen area. The beach setup was wonderful. We did have a little problem with the outlets in the bathrooms but info in app told me to check the breakers and problem was solved. The air went out mid week and tech temporarily fixed it and promised to fix next day but storms prohibited him from coming.. luckily the temp fix worked for the remainder of our stay. We received a request to allow pest control to come in but we declined due to personal sensitivities. Wonderful location with great restauants just steps away. We definitely will consider this place for another beach therapy getaway.

"Beachy" Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful "Beachy" place to stay in Destin that is literally steps from the beach. We loved the large deck and deck furniture. The deck is partially covered for shade. There is a closet on the deck filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys. There is a shower head and hose at the bottom of the deck stairs and another hose on the deck. Perfect for washing off the salt water and sand. Beach towels were provided, which was a big plus. The master bedroom is fantastic! The view, the balcony, the bed, the large bathroom are all to die for and could not be beat! We felt so at home. We walked across the street for dinner at Kenny D's. So much fun! So nice and convenient to park in front of the townhome. Frangista Property Management stayed in contact via text/email. If we had needed anything I am certain it would have been taken care of promptly. Our favorite activity this year was riding wave runners in the Destin Harbor and open ocean. One of our favorite memories was sitting on the master bedroom balcony at night with a full moon shinning on the ocean. This really is a special place to stay and I highly recommend this townhome for your next visit to Destin!

Exceeded all expectations!

Quiet Surf #1 was amazing. This was our first year branching out from a condo tower we normally stay in and it was well worth it. Check in was as simple as receiving a door code to my phone. Location was perfect and near plenty of restaurants. I will definitely book this place again hopefully next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were the last renters when the unit was a Newman Daily property.Then it was freshly remodeled, light and bright. The condition of the property has declined seriously since then, sliding door almost inoperable, cheap sink fixture replacements that do not mate to stoppers. The deck was freshly replaced but the old deck was scattered along and under the new deck making it hazardous for young kids. And Kenny D’s across the street is a nuisance. This is not a good location for young children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My absolute favorite thing about this property is the proximity to the water. You step right off the back porch into the sand and the ocean is directly in front of you. Wow! We didn’t run into any urgent issues that needed addressing during our stay, but the management company was wonderful. AC kept the whole unit nice and cool. There were a few minor issues that probably need addressing sooner rather than later. There was nowhere to hang towels in the guest bathroom upstairs. There was one towel bar above the toilet that was attached to the wall with sticky stuff (not screws) and seemed flimsy. That’s a simple fix. The shower in the master bath leaks onto the floor (I read this in other reviews as well). It’s not a deal breaker, just a pain in the behind, as you have to use multiple towels outside the shower door to soak up the water. The balcony off the master bedroom could use a little maintenance. There were some nails sticking up in several spots. We also saw a couple roaches inside the unit, but I know that’s almost impossible to avoid completely when you’re in the south. The biggest issue would be the noise from the street at night, but that is no fault of the rental company and can be muffled some with a sound machine. My only REAL issue with this rental is that there is a zero refund policy for ANY reason, including natural disasters. You are offered travel insurance upon booking, but it tacks on another $800 or so to an already expensive rental. But the management company is very forthcoming with this information at the time of booking. Overall, the few issues were minor and our week long stay was wonderful! It felt very homey and comfortable. We absolutely were not ready to leave and will likely return to this same unit next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gone are the days of "homey" feeling accommodations...for the most part. Quiet Surf II #1 is the exception. Within minutes of arrival, we felt like this was our own special beach hideaway. With the water's edge just footsteps away, we could enjoy the Gulf in our beach chairs or up on the private deck. And the sunsets were absolutely amazing! We ate several times at Kenny D's across the street, and the food was consistently good. The management company was outstanding, as well. We will definitely book this property again!
