Ciboney is a 4 story property located directly across the street from the beach. This unit has undergone a complete remodel. New tile flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets, granite counter, new stainless appliances, cookware and small appliances such as coffee pot, toaster ect.., fresh paint and new furnishes. The location of this unit provides a beautiful gulf view from the second floor balcony and easy access to the beautiful semi-private beach just steps away. This unit will also provide seasonal beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for your convenience. 
This unit has 2 large bedrooms that have new king size beds and a third bedroom that has bunk beds that are great for your little ones. No need to over pack as this unit provides a new full-size washer and dryer. This unit includes Wi-Fi, 3 flat screen TV's with DVD players and a Sony Bluetooth stereo docking station. Each bedroom has a clock radio that has a USB port for charging your electronic devices. 
Ciboney has 2 tennis courts as well as a nice swimming pool. If you like to barbecue there are charcoal grills and picnic tables provided.
