It offers views of the Gulf from all common areas, private balcony, and a master suite. Emerald Waters is just across from the beach and provides a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, and private beach access. It's perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat.


Upon entering Emerald Waters 305, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Destin vacation rental on the third floor, you're presented with an open floor plan of the common areas with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The breakfast bar seats 3, while the dining area seats 4. The living area offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, Gulf views, and an HDTV. The Gulf view master king suite, located off the living area, offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The guest room offers a queen over queen bunk bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. The master mattress was replaced in November 2021. This unit conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the vacation rental condo, along with a supply of beach chairs and boogie boards for guests to use during their stay!


Emerald Waters is located just across the beach and offers a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, elevator, and private beach access. Close to shopping, dining, live entertainment, nightlife, and more. So go on an adventure and explore Destin! Be sure to try local fresh Gulf seafood at Pompano Joe's or the Crab Trap. Go shopping at one of the open-air shopping centers like Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall or the Destin Commons. We also have golf carts available for rent, so getting around is a breeze!
