Sweet Retreat is a beautiful pet-friendly home located in a gated Miramar Beach community, offering four bedrooms and three bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to ten people. You will enjoy the convenience of a short walk to your private beach access, where the white sands and emerald Gulf waters create the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. At the home, you can also enjoy a private pool and fenced backyard, giving you the perfect space to gather, dine, and spend quality time together.

Inside, the open-concept floor plan makes it easy for everyone to connect. The living area includes comfortable seating with a sofa and accent chairs centered around a large television, making it ideal for family movie nights or simply winding down after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or cooking a fresh seafood dinner, the setup makes every meal simple. The dining table seats six, and the breakfast nook provides four additional seats, so everyone always has a place to gather.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
