This two-bedroom, two-bath unit boasts a beautifully renovated, fully-equipped, crisp white kitchen, making meal prep a joy. There is also a breakfast bar and a dining table seating six. Dine indoors or alfresco on the balcony with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. Speaking of views, the primary bedroom features the same spectacular view as well as direct access to the balcony. The laundry area offers complete convenience within this Destin condo while the covered parking garage provides a shaded place to keep your vehicle. This Destin resort includes a top-ranking tennis center, tennis and pickleball courts, 27 acres of lighted walking trails and boardwalks, a playground, basketball hoops, three pools with hot tubs, and gated community with 24-hour security providing you with a rejuvenating Florida beach vacation.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
