Located in Beachside II on the 6th floor in Sandestin ®, this condo offers stunning views of the sugar white sand and the famous emerald waters. This newly remodeled beachfront condo has a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. This is one of the few "studio style" setups that offers a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience.

Amenities include a pool that is seasonally heated, fitness area, gulf views, 3 elevators, grills on the pool deck, ice machine on first floor, tram service, private beach, free parking and WIFI. On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, shopping, dining, kids activities, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center.

Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside,Grayton Beach,outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.

Guests must sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

Absolutely perfect! Beautifully decorated, full kitchen and comfortable bed. We had an issue with the coffee pot, I text the property manager and had a new one at the door within hours.

Not good beach access

You had to stay in front of your condo only. They set up rental chairs, umbrellas in 2 rows right in the front and you can’t sit in front of them. The bus drops off other people from around the property at our condo and they sit there as well so there is no room to sit and see the water. Someone was smoking marijuana. I called and they told me to call security. Why did I have to have security, they should have taken care of that instead of me. We will not stay here again. There was also construction that caused our beach access to be moved and no pool.

Great location for short stay..

Great location for two people looking for a short stay. Great beach views from 6th floor balcony, easy access to beach, variety of quality restaurants, shopping and minimal traffic. Only one negative, and I mean the only negative was the small bathroom and shower areas. Despite that we’d stay again.

Winter getaway

Enjoyed our stay and visit with friends in Miramar. The gated complex is perfectly located and the beach is beautiful. The room was perfect for our short stay (there are no dressers and limited closet space) and we had a great view of the gulf. You do have to make sure the door locks behind you, we had a little difficulty with it and the balcony door as well. We enjoyed our getaway!

We loved this studio. We woke up with a view of the beach and it was so nice. The owner was readily available. Beach umbrella and chair saved us money from rental of umbrella which is a substantial costs. We will try to stay at this condo on our next visit

nice condo with fantastic beach view

This is a very nice apartment that is the perfect accommodation for a couple. The entire resort is pretty amazing. We would definitely recommend it. The only drawbacks are that the beach in Sandestin is very crowded. The crowds are certainly not terrible, but it is just a particular kind of beach experience that is different from having an unpopulated beach mostly to yourself. And if you rent through a third party, rather than via Sandestin itself, you lose access to some amenities, the main one being that you have to pay the full fee for chair and umbrella rental on the beach (whereas those guests with a Sandestin card qualify for a reduced chair rental rate). If you rent chairs every day (which most people do), this is a significant amount of money -- at peak season, the full rate for 2 chairs, an umbrella, and a tip is about $90/day. However, you presumably save money on the third-party rental rate, so you just need to calculate the costs and benefits of the different options. Overall, this is a very nice place and we would definitely return again next summer. We had a fantastic experience, and have no complaints about the accommodation.

Relaxing on the Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in a Sandestin condo right on Miramar beach. The ocean water was crystal clear and the weather was perfect. Our condo was newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. We will definitely revisit this location again!

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful week in your condo! Although we had thunderstorms almost each day we were in town, we definitely were able to enjoy the beach a little every day. I did have one recommendation, a small cooler and some plastic Tupperware would be nice to take food/drinks to the beach. For those traveling by plane, that kind of stuff didn’t really make the trip. The beach was very crowded! We purchased the chairs and umbrella on the front row and people still had to sit in front of us because it was so packed. Overall a relaxing time with lots to do and great restaurants close by.

I was disappointed in the amount of space left on the beach for quests. Most of the beach was taken up by rental umbrellas which were not even rented out. Very disappointed. The facility was nice, but there was a lack of communication on what was available on site. There was a fireworks show the first night we were there and we missed half of it because we did not know what was going on. Probably will go somewhere else on my next visit to the beach.
