At the center of the property is a stunning resort-style pool and spa surrounded by an expansive pool deck, 20 lounge chairs, a natural gas firepit, and a covered entertainment pavilion complete with grill, ice maker, dining space, and half bath. The adjoining grassy lawn provides a beautiful setting for small weddings, rehearsal dinners, tented receptions, or corporate gatherings allowing ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flow to take place seamlessly on-site.

Salt Cypress is uniquely suited for destination weddings, corporate retreats, and curated events. Unlike traditional vacation rentals, Salt Cypress offers a dedicated, separate event lawn an adjoining third homesite lot reserved specifically for approved events. This allows gatherings to take place without impacting guest accommodations, preserving comfort, flow, and privacy throughout the estate.
The adjoining grassed event lawn (a third homesite lot) is included for approved events and provides additional space for ceremonies, tented receptions, corporate gatherings, wellness retreats, and group activities.
*A paid event fee is required. Event details and guidelines are provided upon inquiry.

*Furniture/decor at this Florida mansion rental and nearby developments are always changing. The photos may vary from how the house is presently staged. The lighting and color of the pool is for marketing purposes only.
*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance, and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID s will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.

*VRBO guests who cancel 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.
