SPRING BREAK:
We do not rent to college students. The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property the entire stay or you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Guest acknowledges that the property includes a community pool and stairs on the property. By accepting this reservation, Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and stairs.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay. This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking.
