Natural light streams into the main living space through floor to ceiling windows and doors making this vacation retreat cozy but bright. Come in from the beach for a quick bite at the kitchen’s convenient eat-in island or prepare a coastal style meal and savor the fresh catch with your entire group at the dining table. When it’s time to wind down, enjoy comfortable furniture and flat panel TVs in each room. A spacious master bedroom with king bed has a private half bath in it. Our family loved this property, we all loved everything about this location. The back porch is at a secluded entrance to the pool and once you walk past the pool, you go up only a few steps and cross over to the most glorious white sand beach & crystal clear water.I was very apprehensive to stay on a large resort but this location was so easy. We parked very close to the front of our unit and the golf cart was parked nearby. We parked our vehicle & did not need it for our entire stay, we would get in the golf cart and ride around this beautiful resort there was plenty of shopping & restaurants and a grocery store either on the property or connected to it & accessible by golf cart. There was even a gourmet coffee / food truck from 30A on site parked near the restaurant on the beach. Our teenager figured out how to connect to the golf cart by Bluetooth for music!It was almost like having your own house on the beach because it was very easy to carry our beach chair & umbrella (they have these & a ton of boogie boards, etc) to the beach and back, and it was a very short walk if I had to go use the restroom throughout the day or walk back to the condo to cut up watermelon and carry it back out to the beach.It is at such a convenient location that it was very easy to get to & from the condo - beach - golf cart and all the amenities at the resort.When comparing prices, this was the best bang for your buck with the golf cart being a huge benefit! Loved the place, beautiful and clean. I was disappointed that the gate to the pool right outside our balcony (one reason I booked this particular place) was blocked off. I feel we should have been made aware of that.

Best Rental Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have 4 boys and the layout was perfect! We used the beach chairs, umbrella and toys on the back porch each day. The kids enjoyed the pool which was heated and opened directly to our unit from the back porch. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever need. They even had blankets and games for nights we stayed in to watch movies. The golf cart was perfect for trips to Baytown Village. We will stay here again! Thank you!

Beachside condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location near the pool entrance. It was extremely quiet and we had easy access to the beach. We plan to book the same unit again soon. It was also stocked with all the utensils we needed for cooking. The golf cart was very handy as well.

This place was a perfect beach get away for our family of 5. It was very clean, felt very welcoming and had all the things we needed for a few days at the beach, including beach gear. The first floor was so convenient in getting to the beach, pool and car. The beach was gorgeous with beautiful white sand, emerald waters and given it was a private beach, it was less crowded than neighboring beaches. We can’t wait to go again.

Had a great time

The condo was clean and up to date. The location was great! There was something for everyone….I liked to walk and sit on the beach and my son liked to fish in the ponds. We could do it all here! The golf cart was a nice bonus to be able to get around Sandestin!

Wonderful family vacation spot

We loved this vacation spot! We had a small hiccup when arriving (our gate code didn’t work) but a quick call to My Vacation Haven and we were able to get a new code that worked. The golf cart was a hit with the kids! But our favorite part was the amazing beach! The water was clear and the sand was beautiful and thanks to the private beach it was not overcrowded! We really enjoyed that our condo came with toys and beach chairs!! We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Property!

This property was perfect for our girls getaway. Location was very convenient to the pool and beach. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable & the beach chairs were a bonus. This was our first time to Sandestin and we loved the convenience of having so many things at Baytowne Wharf. We used the golf cart to go in the evenings for dinner. We definitely be back. Thank you !!

Management lacking--needs improvement

We enjoyed our stay and good location. Convenient access to both the pool and the beach. However, management needs definite improvement and therefore, could only give 3 starts. It's like they don't know what actually exists in the property. Took several days to get answers. And some came after we were already there but needed the answer prior to arrival. The information provided wasn't accurate with regard as to what was on property, how to find the golf cart, etc. The master bedroom mattress is awful. Very lumpy like bodies have been laying on it for years. Needs replacement. We brought stuff we didn't need because they don't know what exists in the condo. Liked the condo/location but would consider elsewhere given the poor management.

Beautiful space but Bugs

Although the condo is beautiful and updated, unfortunately there were two large cockroaches on the floor in the kitchen when we woke up one morning. This is extremely concerning, as you know, where there is one there is more! Now I am concerned about bringing cockroaches back to our home and my son is concerned about bringing cockroaches back to his dorm. I asked the management company to bring this to the owners attention and ask that they consider some type of compensation for this inconvenience. This is certainly not what we anticipated when looking for an upscale VRBO when booking this unit. The only compensation that was offered by the management company was to come and spray for bugs which does nothing for the potential “damage that had already been done”. I truly believe that if this were brought to the owners attention, the owners would have considered some type of compensation. The management company, MyVacationHaven, was not empathetic and had no regard for the situation. Shame on you for poor management and customer service MyVacationHaven!

1st night disappointed

Upon arrival and check in time a 4:00pm after driving 13 hours, our condo was not ready. Housekeeping had not touched it. The agency however sent us to another condo for the night until original could be cleaned. Doesn’t sound like a big deal until you have to load and unload a family of 4 belongings twice, while in town for a golf event

Great Vacation

The room was very clean and updated. The location was great for young kids to just walk out and go to the hot tub and pool. The golf cart was awesome! Being able to use it made the vacation even better than it was because we didn’t even use our car once there. Only thing we would change to the room was the AC was very loud when it was on. The only change we would have changed to the complex was the pool was not heated and was pretty cold, they said they just heat it during winter months. Overall it was a great vacation and we would stay again.

Amazing condo! Location is excellent for the pool, hot tubs, grills!

Condo is updated and clean. Nicest condo we have stayed at in Sandestin! Very spacious too! Only negative is that the condo association closed the pool hot tub area for maintenance for two days with basically no notice. This was 1/2 our stay so everyone was disappointed.

Great Condo!!

We loved this condo! The location was amazing we were right next to the pool and the beach which was super convenient. The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. We enjoyed cruising around the area in the golf cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with easy access to the pool and beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were traveling with 2 other families who booked their own condos and ours was an excellent gathering place. The den and kitchen are open and very spacious to accommodate lots of guest. The pool is right off the back deck and it was a nice place to store all of our beach supplies/toys. The golf cart made it easy to make quick trips to Starbucks and Publix. Would love to stay here again!!

Perfect spot for your family vacation!

Property is located on the first floor right next to the pool! Perfect for families that want to go back and forth to the pool or beach!! No lugging stuff up and down elevators. House was really well kept inside! Added bonus of golf cart is awesome! You can take the golf cart down to the Baytown Wharf and have dinner! This was a great vacation for our family! Thank you!!
