Welcome to Emerald Dream, your luxury beach home just a 2-min ride in the FREE 6-seat golf cart to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. This newly built luxury home sleeps 17 with 4 King Suites and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring a spacious great room, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, balconies with lounge seating, and a game room with a custom wall-mounted arcades and pool table! Located right across from the 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse.

🏖 BEACH EXPERIENCE

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!


🏡 THE RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion.

Great house!

The house was wonderful. Alex was amazing at communicating very quickly with the questions we had. The drive to the beach was a little further that what we expected but the golf cart that was included was a lifesaver! Loved how we were just a few steps from the pool area. Overall- it was wonderful and as expected from the listing.

Perfect Place for Family and Friends

Everything & More

The first thing I said is, “it looks just like the advertisement.” My party consisted of 8 to include 5 more family members that joined us to hang out over the weekend. When I say Emerald Paradise was everything, I mean it delivered on all levels from the actual accommodation to the customer service. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and agree that we will do it again. 5 Stars across the board!

Beautiful house, wonderful community, and best beaches

The house was beautiful and had all amenities available. The golf cart was so convenient to get to the beach quickly but it is only a short walk as well. The community pool and grill/lounge area was so fun for an easy meal outside together. Any questions we had were quickly responded to and answered. We would definitely stay again!

Miramar beach

Beautiful house located in a nice neighborhood. House is very spacious and has nice decor. Bedrooms and bathroom are very nice clean and spacious. Pool area is nice with grilling area to accommodate guests. 2 of the tv’s in the Poo area didn’t work but we made due. Enjoyed my stay a liked the location and convince of shopping areas

Great family property close to beach!

We had 10 adults and 4 children ages 6 mos - 6 years staying at property, and it was great! Close to beach and pool was ready anytime anyone needed something different! Golf cart provided great beach access! Property was well stocked and spotless upon arrival.

Clean, modern and well-equiped to comfortably house a party of twelve.

The property was equipped as pictured and was spotless! Plenty of room and thoughtfully equipped to comfortably house a party of twelve, ranging in age from six to seventy-eight years. Two calls regarding a wonky toaster and an "extra" golf cart were answered within ten minutes and solved to my complete satisfaction. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great family atmosphere!

It fit our family perfectly! Easy to get back and forth to the beach with the golf cart. Enjoyed the pool every day. Kids loved the bunk beds and video games. There were a few glitches with some things along the way but the management was very responsive and took care of any issue in a very timely manner. With everyone renting Saturday to Saturday, getting onto the island was very difficult. We were stopped by police and had to take a 60 minute detour to get on the island from another bridge simply because of heavy traffic.

Gorgeous Home and Perfect Location!

We vacation twice a year and this is the nicest home we have been in, and we stay everywhere including Bahamas and Mexico. The house was beautiful inside and out. We traveled with a 3 yr old, 11 yr old and 4 adults. There is something for everyone and the beautiful beach was right down the street. Everything updated, New and super clean. We will definitely be staying here again! LOVED IT!

Excellent stay.

Had a workation with coworkers and we enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and Popano Joe’s. Well decorated and modern. We enjoyed a few rounds of pool while playing music videos on the tv. The only, small negative Is the low-flow shower heads which reduced water pressure so much it was hard to stay warm while showering.

2021 Destin Family vacation

Our stay in Miramar Beach Florida was awesome. The house was very nice and fit our family of 12 perfectly. The kids enjoyed the pool, riding in the golf cart that was provided, and the beach nearby. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Wonderful property, location and amenities!

12 of us stayed comfortably in this beautiful and clean house. Everything was exactly as described and presented in the photos. The golf cart was very helpful getting to and from the beach. The community pool is two houses away and is amazing. As FYI, it’s about 1/4 mile to the beach or a five minute walk. The walk is flat and easy. We would rent again.

Emerald Dream Dreaming

Our stay in June at Emerald Dream was amazing. The house is in a small community a short walk to beach at Pompano Joe’s. Golf cart was great for trips to beach and ice cream shop. House is beautiful with very comfortable beds. Rooms block out noise so sleeping with noisy teens or neighbors was easy. Kitchen is huge with great table for crowd. The house is decorated in a really cool beach style with comfy chairs. The decks are also great to hang out on and watch the weather roll in. We had a few issues when we got there and the property managers, Destin Dreamers were quick to respond and just generally kind and competent. The pool area is nice and filled with happy kids/families on the regular. We had everything we needed to make several meals. Kitchen does need hot pads and a few extra kitchen towels. Plenty of beach towels provided. Beach chairs need replaced but we rented the umbrellas and chairs so used those instead. The pool table and video game were a big hit with everyone. The enormous tv was also great for family movie night. Our teens loved the bunk rooms. We will definitely be back.
