Welcome to Beach Vibes condo located at Ariel Dunes 1 Seascape Resort.
This place has expansive pools, including a zero-depth entry pool. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated November – March 1st. An onsite fitness center is also available. Cabana Cafe restaurant is open every day from 11am - 2am Monday - Saturday and 11am - 2am on Sunday located on the lower level of Ariel Dunes I.
Seascape Resort is a wonderful, all-encompassing Resort spanning 360 acres of beautiful terrain, including 2000 feet of Emerald blue beach front, in Miramar Beach. Seascape provides an abundance of amenities and recreational activities sure to please every member of the family. On the Resort’s beach, there is a local’s favorite, Whale’s Tail, a beach front bar and grill, watersports, and other beach activities. Off the beach, Seascape has a championship golf course, six clay tennis courts, pickle ball court, 2 paddle ball courts, great restaurants and music venues, nature walks and plenty of biking trails. Once here, you never have to leave the Resort!

Our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation condo sleeps 10 is just a spot for you and your family. You will find yourself spending lots of time out on the magnificent balcony when you’re not enjoying the multiple amenities offered on site. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Beach Vibe condo is a short stroll away from the white sandy beach.
