Literally the beach access is right across the street. From the time we left our condo until we were setting up a spot on the beach, it might have taken 5 minutes…..it was so easy. And the beautiful ocean view from the condo is soooo nice! We had the best week. It was just as easy as having a beachfront condo. Also, it was so helpful that she had beach chairs (5) and a beach cart—-that helped us so much in packing our car not to have to bring those. There are several great restaurants very close to the condo, and a great area to run/walk as well. It was so easy to navigate around the area.

The beautifully decorated main bedroom offers true serenity with a king-size bed with a window that overlooks the ocean and the bed is almost like heaven to sleep on. Tired of never having anywhere to plug in? Not here! Powerstrips are thoughtfully provided on each nightstand for all your electronic needs! Cable is included with the flat screen smart-TV.
Twin over Full bunks give the little ones a private space to call their own.
One bathroom is close to the 2 front bedrooms which has a shower and bath tub.
2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan for comfort and a smart TV.


Each full bath is stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, neutrogena makeup wipes and Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The upgraded stainless steel appliances and spacious island make it easy to prepare meals. You’ll also find a Keurig coffee setup with K-cups, creamers and sweeteners, so you can enjoy fresh coffee every morning! For those of you that like drip coffee don't worry because we have you covered with that appliance as well. You will just need to bring your favorite coffee.

Sit back and relax in the cool comfort of the living room whille enjoying the views through the windows. Plenty of seating is available on the sofa and the chairs, making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. Watch a show on the smart TV, which is also hooked up to cable. When you’re not watching TV, enjoy a good book. If you need to get work done during your stay, the fast wifi makes it a breeze.

The kitchen opens up into the living area. You’ll find a charming dining table that comfortably seats 6 or has a built in island that is opened up to the living room which will seat 4. You’ll love the clean lines, high ceilings, and elegant furniture for elevating your dining experience.

The kitchen comes equipped with anything you would need to prepare a full course meal or a quick one in the Microwave. Also provided is a blender to make you a nice frozen drink to take down to the pool with you. When I say this unit delivers, I mean it delivers :)

As you make your way towards the living room you will be in awe of the beautiful view outside of the large windows. My favorite part stepping out onto the private balcony in the morning with a hot cup of coffee while watching the Gulf sunrise view. The lush, tropical landscaping around the outdoor area provides a private resort style feel. The stylish complex features a well-appointed community pool, hot tub, splash pad, and communal barbecue area. Pool even has a lift to assist those that may have trouble getting in and out of the pool.

The luxurious outdoor Hot Tub features powerful massage jets and ambient lighting with spacious seating, perfect for taking a relaxing soak with friends after a long day.

The beautiful pool surrounding has plenty of lounge chairs to soak in the sun. Enjoy grilling out with family and friends at the charcoal grilling areas. Residents and guests are often planning social events and gatherings to grill out and relax at the pool!

Your safety matters. Each guest will receive a personalized lock code that expires at the end of their stay.

This property has a Ring camera with audio at the entry door, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

This unit is not too far of a walk from the elevators. The building hallways and pool area are well lit at night. The pool area is secure with fencing all the way around it.

There are 4 grocery stores within a few miles. (Publix, Walmart, Whole Foods, Winn Dixie and Fresh Market). Beer, Liquor and Wine are also available at the grocery stores. Most will deliver directly to the property.
The property is also serviced by Door Dash and Uber Eats for those order-in meals.

Alerio D402 Several restaurants within walking distance, close to multiple large shopping areas such as Destin Commons and Silver Sands. Sandestin and Grand Boulevard less than 5 miles. Short drive to Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Crab Island. 15 minute walk to the Moon Crush Venue at Seascape.
