"All Tide-Up" is one of the best properties in Tivoli By The Sea and includes a six-seat golf cart. Cozy, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, all new furnishings, lighting and art. This well appointed vacation home is perfectly located on the 5th Tee of Sandestin's Baytowne Golf Club. There are 4 world class golf courses in Sandestin. Conveniently located on the South side of Sandestin Resort, close to the Beach and community pool! We are proud to say we have the most beautiful beach in the world, with sugar white sand and crystal clear turquoise water.

The beach is only 0.3 miles from the property. A one to two minute ride by golf cart.

You will find the brand new kitchen and updated appliances to be welcoming, smartly designed and well stocked. It offers generous counter space as well as cabinetry, ample lighting and a convenient view of the living room. The dining area has a large dinner table which seats 6, with additional 3 seats at the kitchen bar. In the living room area you will find a comfortable sofa and large Smart TV. Kick back and relax while watching the big game or step out onto our charming balcony for fresh air and serene views.

The master bedroom is a serene corner of the home with a private entrance to the balcony, a comfortable king size bed, lots of closet space, a large Smart TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is a great space for kids or extra guests. You will find 2 XL twin beds, great closet space and a TV. The guest bedroom shares a bathroom with the main living area, which is located in the hall.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including four championship golf courses, lighted clay and hard tennis courts, and pickleball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, dining our highly acclaimed restaurants, (both fine and casual dining) shop in our unique boutiques, and take part in an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Only one vehicle permitted per unit, and parking is on a first come first serve basis.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
