Our home is in a private neighborhood called Windancer Shores. The HOA and Walton County both have rules that as a guest of our home you will be required to abide by. These rules may differ than the VRBO guidelines.

- No pets allowed anywhere in the community
- Quiet Hours 10PM - 6AM DAILY: Neighborhood and Local Noise Ordinances prohibit loud outdoor noises (music, voices, parties, construction) every night starting at 10pm until 6am.
- Know your beach flags: There is no lifeguard on duty at our private neighborhood beach, therefore you are responsible for your own beach safety. The Walton County Sheriff's Office has officers that patrol up and down the beach throughout the day to monitor beachgoers safety. Double Red Flag means the water is closed and could result in a $500 fine.
- Follow LSV (Low Speed Vehicle/Golf Cart) Laws: Drivers must be licensed. Seat belts & child seats are required by law. No driving on Highway 98 and any road over 35 MPH.
- No House Parties or Events of any kind on property
- No renters under the age of 25 years old.
