Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire condominium. Your stay includes full access to the shared community pool. The building has elevator access for convenience.

Other Notes
This is an exclusive, low-rise building. Your condo is on the 3rd floor.
We provide a starter supply of basic essentials like paper towels, bath tissue, and dish/laundry detergent to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed for the remainder of their stay.
Grocery Delivery: We have partnered with a local service, Two Chicks and a Cart, for optional pre-arrival grocery delivery to save you time.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.
Parking: There is space for 2 vehicles. Golf Cart counts as 1 vehicle.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices—is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the condo, outside, on patios, balconies, or anywhere on the grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.
