As warming as a cloudless Destin blue sky, Villa 29 exudes an incredibly welcoming vibe. Overlooking one of the three pool decks and Hidden Dunes lake, this beach condo is filled with warm tranquil sunlight that glimmers off the waters surface. A fun-filled beach interior boasting hardwood floors, pale blue walls, a spiral staircase to two loft bedrooms and hand painted sea creatures “hidden” throughout make Villa 29 such a happy place.

Perks like an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters; a screened-in and nicely furnished patio; a primary suite with a luxury bathroom featuring a spa bathtub; and a laundry room add comfort and convenience to this Destin vacation rental. Plus, the prettiest water of all- the Gulf of Mexico is just a few minutes walk away where one of the longest stretches of deeded beach access awaits Hidden Dunes guests.

A little tour of Hidden Dunes will reveal many more amenities including an award-winning tennis center, basketball and horseshoe courts, barbecue decks, and a playground. The shaded walking trails with fountains that pass beneath the magnolias connect all the pools and parks of this beautiful property. Moreover, a location near to outdoor malls, myriads of restaurants and golf courses makes Villa 29 quite an exciting place to be.


Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. 3 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
