Seemed relatively clean and breakfast was good. It would be nice if they had breakfast later than just 9am. Overall good price for the 4 nights we stayed.

Staff and management just don’t care, no such thing as customer service at this property. Arrived to check in with a fire alarm going off that the front desk agent ignored. Got checked into a room that had other guests already in it, front desk agent just shrugged and said “theres a lot going on right now, the manager will be in in the morning.” We ended up checking out and going to a different hotel. We reached out to Expedia about a refund and despite their efforts we have been refused any sort of refund from the hotel. Returned the next morning to speak to management and we were assured by the lady working we would receive our money back. Only to find out a couple days later we were being denied any money back. Have tried to contact the manager who is refusing to respond to any messages. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Under staffed asked to wait to check in, floors were dirty under the bed, dresser, etc., TV Remote was not working, No bath towels in the room. Staff delivered towels and a new remote, however was not able to get TV to work. Not recommended

I will never stay again here ,horrible experience .We pivked this one cause the kids liked the look of the pool with basket ball net in pool well got there and was told pool and hot tub not working 😕 then go up to room the fridge isnt working and the tolet wouldnt flush and sticky stuff on carpet .So go down to tell them for them to say we had to figure it ..... Well, now you're just annoyed .The room was so dirty that there were cups under the bed and under the heat vent .Woke up to two beatles crawling on me in the middle of the night .That was the last straw .Woke early and left to another hotel .Wasnt offered any for all that was wrong .Didnt care that we where leaving and said we would be charged either way .Hopefully things change for the better there .

Our pool being closed is posted on all major sites including Expedia our rates are very low to accommodate the pool being under maintenance. We hope you decide to stay again when our pool is open!

It use to be one of the nicest hotel in Minot. Now its dirty and bedbugs. I would never recommend anyone or to use expedia as a 3rd party. The 3rd party didnt help none when I called in with issues.

Convenient for trailer parking, close to amenities. Was quite loud with people coming and going all night (we stayed during a week day)

One of the main reasons we booked was because of the hot tub and pool. We found out upon arrival that they were unavailable for the foreseeable future, with not even an "I'm Sorry". The lack of maid service for our Thursday to Saturday stay also disappointed us as we had no inkling that this hotel had eliminated that service.

The pool/hot tub were closed for maintenance the weekend I was there. The television and wifi were down for a bit the second night I was there.

My room was large. They didn’t have working internet for a good part of the night. The couch in our room was terribly dirty. This hotel could definitely use some updates.

Rooms are clean and good sized. Staff is friendly and humourous. Price point is very good. The included breakfast was excellent. We stay here everytime we stay in Minot

Very convenient. Easy check in and parking. Rooms can use a deep cleaning. Shampoo carpets. Wash windows and window sills, bathroom grout around the tub was gross. But otherwise good nice hotel.
