The home has a cute 3 season porch on the front that allows for easy waits for an Uber, as you walk into the home is a foyer with a new pullout couch and unique MCM art. Walking to the left will bring you into the living room which boasts two extremely comfy chairs and another pull out couch. The living room has a 55' 4K tv and cable for watching Hulu or Nextflix and we also have an abundance of board games including Settlers of Catan and Azule.We even have a Super NES with 21 different games! Walking into the kitchen there is a table for four and all new cabinets and appliances. The kitchen has a teapot and a carafe style coffee maker to keep that Coffee hot without it getting bitter:) We supply the coffee for you! IF you walk down the stairs there is a washer/dryer for guests use and a Professional style Fooseball table. Walking out of the back door there is a huge patio and Firepit along with a hot tub and Best yet a 80' long Bocce ball court. We have a grill and seating for outdoor enjoyment and cafe string lights for ambiance. Back into the house and walking up the stairs there are two bedrooms with a king bed each and new 12" memory foam mattresses, each room has a personal fan if you need some air movement and a dresser to keep your clothes for an extended stay. The bathroom has a newly refinished clawfoot tub and all new hardware.
