While the welcome reception with drinks and snacks nightly was a great perk!! Our room was a bit dirty. There was a napkin behind the couch. There was a bottle of booze in the cupboard. The pull out couch bed was dirty when we unfolded. Lit alone all the stains and mis-made way the couch was put together, cushions backwards and disheveled. The pullout mattress was terribly uncomfortable!! We had to call for additional sheets and no pillowcase on the extra pillow for the pullout!
The beds and pillows were terrible. There was no body wash in the bottle in the shower. We ran out of Kleenex and only one box in the bedroom, why not a box in the bathroom!? We ran out of toilet paper.
We stayed because of the great location to the Vikings stadium but really wish we would have stayed elsewhere. We paid a lot of money for this uncomfortable weekend.
