"This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean eco-lodge just outside Mindo. The tropical grounds are vast and exquisitely manicured, while the rooms are large and inviting after a day of fun activities. It’s quite private. We enjoyed a lazy afternoon of recovery from a busy trip, reading and napping on the great balcony. "this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful."

"Bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, made the room smell bad, and yes we didn’t flush any toilet paper, informed the manager about it and nothing was done, wouldn’t stay here again."

"My experience was that my reservation was not accepted. I had to pay cash, and was lucky that they still had a room. The place itself is wonderful, with friendly staff, excellent birding, great food."
