The Space:
The spacious living room features a large L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxation, and is complemented by a separate dining area and a cosy breakfast table.

Bedroom 1 is equipped with two single beds, whilst bedroom 2 offers a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 3 includes a luxurious king-sized bed and the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 also provides two single beds and an ensuite, ensuring plenty of comfort and privacy for guests.

The property offers the convenience of free on-street parking and a 24/7 self check-in service, along with free WiFi throughout your stay. All bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer and essential toiletries.

Enjoy meals in the dining area, complete with a dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cutlery, cookware, and cooking utensils. For added convenience, an iron and ironing board are available.

When you arrive at the property, there is free parking is available on street. You can park anywhere as the whole street is free to park on, however please do no park in front of anyone’s driveway or restrict any access.

The property is the one with the blue door. Once parked, go to the front door where the key safe is located. The key safe is the cupboard to the right of the front door and is the key safe on the left.

The Neighborhood:
Perfect for contractors, relocations and families visiting the area, this home is a short drive from Central Milton Keynes and CMK Train Station. All main amenities are within a short drive away, including supermarkets and restaurants.

Getting Around:
The property is well-connected to Milton Keynes' road network. H3 Monks Way and V7 Saxon Street are nearby, providing easy access to central Milton Keynes and major roads like the M1 (Junction 14), which is about a 10-minute drive away. Taxis & Rideshare: Local taxis and Uber are available for quick trips within Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

Milton Keynes Central Station is about a 10-15 minute drive from Neath Hill. The station offers direct train services to London Euston (roughly 35 minutes), Birmingham, and other major cities. Taxis, rideshares, or buses can take you to the station from the property.

The area is serviced by Arriva buses with stops nearby on Saxon Street and Neath Hill. Regular services connect to Central Milton Keynes, the train station, and surrounding areas. Buses are a cost-effective way to get around town and run frequently during the day.

The property is located in a pedestrian-friendly area with nearby amenities. You can walk to local shops, parks, and services within Neath Hill or explore the wider Milton Keynes area on foot.
