BAY FRONT ON BROADKILL BEACH!

  • Smukke helt nye byggeri hjem beliggende bugten foran i Broadkill Beach er klar til din ferie! Omhyggeligt designet til at drage fordel af vandet udsigt, dette hjem har en stor åben planløsning med tilstødende spisestue og gourmet køkken beliggende på øverste etage af ejendommen. Denne etage har også en stor dæk til at tage i solen.

    Med fire soveværelser og tre fulde badeværelser, sover dette hjem komfortabelt 10 sovepladser. Det store soveværelse, på 2. sal, har en kingsize seng og eget badeværelse. To ekstra soveværelser er placeret på denne etage. Den ene har en dronning seng, mens den anden har en dobbeltseng plus en dobbeltseng med en twin trille nedenunder - perfekt til børnene! Den øverste etage har et stort soveværelse med en queensize seng og et komplet badeværelse.

    Broadkill Beach er det perfekte sted for en afslappet ferie med vidunderlig adgang til stranden for svømning, kajak, fiskeri og solbadning. Broadkill Store, der ligger lige nede på gaden, har sandwicher, morgenmadskager og læskende mælk shakes!

    Ejer forlader nogle strandstole og sand legetøj til din brug. Der vil også være to voksne cykler (medbring dine egne hjelme) og en to-personers kajak til gæst brug på egen risiko.

    Bestil din ferieudlejning NU i dette smukke nye hjem. Du bliver ikke skuffet. Fredag til fredag udlejning. Tre nat minimum i lavsæsonen tilladt.

    Alle gæster skal levere deres egne lagner, håndklæder og badehåndklæder eller OPT til vores lejepakke til linned.

Great house

Stayed here twice now for an annual trip and it’s more than accommodating for five grown man children.

The property was very clean and well appointed. A short walk to the beach on Delaware Bay. The beaches at Lewes and Henlopen State Park are nicer, have lifeguards, but are a 20 minute drive away. The host was very clear on the checkout requirements, but communication frequency was a little much.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at 504 Bayshore. It was perfectly situated viewing the bay and driving distance to a national wildwife refuge to go fishing, hiking and boating at. The location was perfect as you could easily walk right to the beach. The house was squeaky clean and well maintained. It had beach toys for the kids, a kayak, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. for the beach. The property manager was responsive to our needs in a timely fashion. Definitely a great pick for our vacation!

Two family stay

We enjoyed our vacation! The house was exceptionally clean! Two families with five kids and had a great time. Easy path to the beach. Owners left access to chairs and beach toys for guests! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of extras in the pantry for cooking, making frozen drinks, or whatever you would need. Great kids area with toys and family games! Bring bug spray for flies on the beach. Will come back here again to this beautiful home!

Beautiful home, great views

This was our first trip to the beach in winter, but probably not the last. This home is very convenient to the beach, beautiful new construction and obviously lovingly furnished and cared for. The kitchen is very well appointed and does have empty cupboard space for guests to store groceries and cleaning products. The owners are extremely particular about house rules, which is understanding given the new construction, but it does make one a bit nervous to be there.

great beach house with lots of ammenities

beach days

Property was clean and comfortable. Had everything needed in kitchen for meals plus a large table for a big family. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and quite a few decks for enjoying the water views and stars at night. Nice private beach to spend lazy days on away from the crowds. Close to the town of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach if you wanted to head out for restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful View

We were looking for a place to stay for my birthday weekend and wanted a house a short walk to the beach because we were with a 3 month old and a 2 year old. I was a bit worried about the first review saying there was construction going on so I asked the property manager and she said that it was probably already done. It wasn’t, but it’s a good thing that it was a weekend so no construction was going on. It was a bit pricey and we were only 5 adults and 2 babies, but it was the only one I found that was beach front. I am glad I booked though!! Lovely house! Very clean. Nice decorations and furniture. There are rules though…no shoes in the house and there are no amenities. Bring your own sheets and hand soap, etc. There is a house infront of it, but it does not block the view out of the balcony or the living room. I would have appreciated some curtains though, if we did want some privacy, but there are none. It’s completely open. I love how they have “leave a book, and you can take a book…” That was such a nice touch. All in all, we had great weather and awesome family time! I hope to be back someday! and next time I will bring a book, so I can take a book!

Misleading Beach Views

The house is great, but the listing was really quite misleading. The photos from the deck are all carefully framed so that you can’t tell there is a house being built directly between this property and the beach. The view is largely cut into, and the construction was ongoing, making noise even on the weekend. I don’t usually leave reviews, but we would not have stayed here if actually knew about the construction. That seemed pretty shady.

Amazing!

My family enjoyed this property soooo much! The house is even better than the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and the views were to die for. The location to the beach is unbeatable. And the beach itself was great as well - not overly crowded and plenty of room for fun! I couldn't recommend this place enough. The only thing I would change is next time, we are going to stay longer! We were so sad to leave. We are already to book this house again for our vacation in 2021!
