"The host was good but the amenities were not very clean. Hair and soap scum through the bath and shower and there was hair in the bed linen which seemed it might not have been changed since the last guests. There were insufficient towels. No washers and no hand towels until we found one small brown towel in the dryer which could have been a hand towel or a cleaning rag. Also the soap containers in the bathroom were empty. Would be good to check in with the cleaners as to what their practices...

"A family of 4, we stayed here for a weekend. It was perfect. Very high quality fixtures and fitout, nice & clean, great internal space & amenities. We had the best time. Highly recommend. Great location, easy walk or short drive to central Bathurst, the showgrounds, rail station and Mount Panorama. Easy interaction with the host."

"A lovely property in a very quiet location. We stayed here last year too and since then, plantation shutters have been added to all rooms. The master suite is huge and has a lovely bathroom. The room with the fireplace is very cosy and we used it a lot as it was very cold and raining during our stay. In warm weather there is a lovely verandah in the gardens.
