Hoteller nær Miller Park Zoo

"✓."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was the usual fare. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The hotel was easy to get to and parking was plentiful. There's an Aldi across the road which was easy enough to walk to."

"Front desk staff was nice upon arrival. Visit was ok until I started Showering and saw bugs crawling in the light fixture. I nearly fell out the shower."

"Overall, the room was fine. The bed was a little hard and the TV picture quality was mediocre. Logging into the WI-FI was not very intuitive— had to call the front desk for assistance. Good shower, with shampoo and conditioner provided. The breakfast wasn’t much, just make-your-own waffles, mini muffins and breakfast burritos you heat up in the microwave. They let us check in early, which was helpful."

"The place was clean but there was no remote for the tv when I asked for one they gave me one but it never turned the tv on. The pool is closed tell further notice. The parking lot needs work as does the outside furniture that was broken. The bread and bagels were very stale. The bed was clean and very comfortable"

"Room was clean."

"Good for a one night stay"

"The staff"

"The room had baby roaches in the shower in the bathroom, I killed one with a tissue box on the wall. Everything I brought had to be taken back to my car for the night and I just grabbed what I needed when I needed it. The staff was nonexistent. I had to call a number and they ran from across the parking lot upon checking in. I wasn’t in my room really but 30 seconds and came back around 2 AM and seeing how horrible it was. The trim on the floor fell off right when I walked by it. There were...

"Nice clean rooms!!"

"I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The property is maintained well."

"We enjoyed our stay, the room and property was clean more like an apartment. We stayed during Halloween so there was a party that I don’t think was authorized it hit a little loud and people were in and out but it’s a college town. Eventually it was shutdown and peace was restored. Would stay again!"

"Everything was great!"

"Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or...

"I would like to say that the staff was really nice, however, our room was not clean at all. Our pillows and blood drippings and we had to bring it to their attention which made me question the cleanliness of everything else and made the stay uncomfortable. To spare sheets in the closet for the pullout couch were also very stale smelling and the pullout couch was not a mattress. Just a hard of rock pullout bed. That's as best as I can describe it. If we had stayed more than one night, I would...

"The room was mostly clean, and the staff was very friendly. The Internet wasn't the most consistent, however. Often, it would reconnect and connect again."
