It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a peaceful porch perfect for morning coffee and a fire pit for unwinding in the evenings. Being so close to the Lake Sinclair boat launch made it easy to get outside after work, and we enjoyed the quite place on our days off. Reliable WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen were big bonuses. Highly recommend for anyone working in the area — far better than a hotel!""

"Our group of 12 included 4 generations for a girls' weekend celebrating my mother's 98th birthday. The bed layout worked great for our group. The living space and kitchen area space was good also. There was a Keurig, but not a regular drip coffeemaker. We knew that beforehand and brought one with us. The host was very nice to work with, responding to inquiries quickly. With my mother being elderly, we are more conscious of handicap accessibility. Grab bars in the bathrooms would have been a nice...

"The house is very clean and a decent location for fisherman. Had issues with door code and it took a hour to reach host. Cannot pull boats down drive. You do have to back down and wasn’t a big deal. Room for 3 boats. Price point was excellent and I would stay here again "

"Just needed a place to crash for the night. Arrived at 11pm to find the back door wide open?? Had to sleep on the couch downstairs because the a/c upstairs wasn’t working. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for either. Property has a lot of potential, but should have been better considering the price."

"What a great place to stay. It's so quiet and peaceful. Go outside on a clear night and look at the stars! Go out during the day and look at the horses, cows, donkeys, and llamas! Flint and Tracey are wonderful folks and live nearby in case you need anything. We purchased property nearby and will likely be staying here quite a bit while we do cleanup/renovation. So glad we found this!"

"Nice spot off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle that has consumed the lake area. Very accommodating host and an overall pleasant stay. My only complaint would be that there is no guest book to explain the ins and outs of the rental (ie—Wi-Fi password, and or needs or do’s and don’t’s.) Thanks to the Renters for a great stay non the less."

"The house was fine ! Only minor issues were missing TV remotes in the upstairs bedrooms and some pots and pans that look like they need to be replaced. Also downstairs bathroom floor seemed a little slippery. Only stayed a couple of days to do a little sight seeing and the house was close to everything!"
