"Room was amazing full length window, largest tv ever had in a room. And a lovely large comfy bed. Must say the bathroom was very good too, with a walk in shower as well as a large bath. I found it very quiet too."

It went down a bit a few years ago but seems to have been spruced up recently. Change of ownership?

"The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway.
The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment.

Huge bed, Amazing shower! Didn't need to use it but there's a full kitchen, fridge freezer, oven, everything you'd need. We stayed in studio 5 on top floor; tower view from the bed, sea view to the left at the window. Lush soft carpets, spot on cleanliness and fancy decor. Got what we needed; a bed for...

After the first night we did have someone in the room - apparently to clean it… but the trash bag was left on the bed, the towels had not been replaced, and the desk has not been cleaned. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. "

"Staying here was amazing better than we had expected, very clean, jacuzzi room is lovely, great for family’s, great location m, found it easy to park 2 mins away walking, would definite stay again, only silly critical feedback is that the shower wash and shampoo was not topped up, but that could not spoil our stay, defo recommend this here "
