"Cannot rate this property highly enough! From the first moment to the last everything was just perfect for our family of 6 adults & 2 children. Hot tub was perfect temperature from the first evening & continued to be so throughout our stay & very clean. Kitchen had everything you can imagine including a separate drinks fridge. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...

"Got pay at the property, reception didn't grant my wishes cash on check-in. Just said it's paid for now so can't alter pay by cash at reception. I was very unhappy about it especially £50 per night refundable for room incident charge."
