"The house was only a few blocks from beach. It was a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. The house was clean. It was mostly well stocked with what we needed. It did lack privacy. The host lived in back and the back door of property had no blinds . Could see right into kitchen and living area from the RV in back. There was no air conditioner in the bedroom with the twin beds, however there was a ceiling fan. Listing said there was a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Didn’t see...

"Cozy beach house with beautiful view! Saw fox, eagle, and many species of birds. Nicely decorated in light colors. I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. Nice roomy deck and enclosed porch offered lovely evening breezes. Wonderful sunset from the deck every night. A quiet area with friendly neighbors."

"The property was nice and the location was great. I had multiple issues with the property though. First, the lock on the door malfunctioned (had to call and it got taken care of swiftly). Second, I ran the washer and it leaked all over the room. The very nice lady on the phone tried to get housekeeping to clean up all the water and drop off more towels because we used them to try to clean up the water. Housekeeping dropped off towel but did not clean up the water. Additionally, a plumber had to...

"The property is great. But being the first one of the season we have had to work through a few bugs each stay. The pools heater was an issue again this year so we did not have heat for 3 days to warm up the water. The air conditioning was not working properly either. A repair man was sent to fix both issues quickly. Everyone we talked to was very nice and helpful. Samantha is wonderful and an asset for this property."

"I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place."
