"The home was the center of our stay in Bar Harbor and a wonderful place to come home to after days of tours, walking, and time in Acadia National Park. Each of us had our own room, the kitchen was perfect and the porches are spectacular. Not to mention the location to Shorepath and the beautiful views. Would love to return and highly recommend!"

"Right on the water as advertised with a lovely view. Woke every morning to the sound of lobster boats and waves hitting the rocks. Very peaceful. Enjoyed being so close to Schoodic and taking the ferry from Winter Harbor to Bar Harbor. Love this quiet part of Maine. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"This beautiful home is clean, well-appointed, and in a perfect location to explore Bar Harbor and Acadia. The living spaces are very comfortable, the kitchen is perfect to preparing meals, and the covered porch is perfect for reading with a glass of wine. We loved the walking-distance proximity to the grocery store and to downtown, while being far enough from the crowds that we still had peace and quiet. "If you are looking for a place with the fanciest furnishings, and most up to date fixtures, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, inviting well lived and loved home, this is it. It has a great location, may be dated, but is completely functional. Only problem we had was starving the hot water system while taking showers and washing clothes. Other than that, it was awesome! The driveway will not fit many vehicles, we were on a 15 passenger van, and...
