Gentile Giorgio,la ringraziamo per aver scelto il Phi Hotel Milano per il suo soggiorno e per averci dedicato questa sua recensione.Siamo spiacenti che al suo arrivo abbia trovato un ambiente con una temperatura non ideale ma a seguito degli improvvisi sbalzi climatici degli scorsi giorni e dell’escursione tra notte e giorno tendiamo a settare le camere ad una temperatura che possa essere gradita anche di giorno quando il sole è alto e all’esterno si sente ancora la calura estiva. As you have noticed, the attention to cleaning is always very high and in the same way we take care to carry out periodic disinfestations; we regret that they have not been completely effective.
