I have to stay I don't recognise the other review at all. Whilst the initial communication and check-in process didn't align with the booking site, once I contacted the host, he was really quick to respond. We stayed for 8 nights in August. 2 adults and 3 kids(14, 10 & 6). The apartment was clean and so bright. The air con in August was an absolute game-changer and features in every room. The lack of shower curtain in the family bathroom made no difference, as the bath was huge and water didn't escape. We loved that they'd kept the retro bathroom suite - it reminded us of our old Milan apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped, impeccably clean and has everything you need for a break in a city, where, let's be honest, you really don't have to cook. We did none the less and it worked perfectly. We used the washing machine for our clothes and took advantage of the TWO balconies to dry them on. The linen and towels were all clean and fresh. The location is the real seller though. So close to Centrale and a short distance from Garibaldi and Sondrio. We took a variety of different transport and also walked a fair bit in and around the local area. There's a lovely cocktail just below and a pizzeria one street away. Not that you struggle to find any of that in Milan! Yes, there's a small flight of stairs right at the top, so worth knowing if you have mobility issues and definitely if a wheelchair user.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will happily return!

I HIGHLY recommend not booking this location, it is in no way ready to be rented out especially for the price. To start, there is no possible way this place would sleep seven. The listing is not accurate in numbers of beds. There is only a double bed, twin bed, and double sized pull out couch bed. VERY disappointing in inaccuracy of description. Claiming 2 bathrooms is a stretch as one "bathroom" doesn't include a shower curtain, only a tub, and the other "bathroom" does not include a toilet. The only functioning toilet is also hard to use as in it takes about five minutes to flush anything. The AC took awhile to turn on and begin to work. The floors were incredibly dirty and left our feet black. The wood flooring is a major hazard, you can barely open the doors as they always get caught on the loose flooring and can completely lift up causing tripping hazard. There is an elevator: however, it only takes you to the 8th floor, and this apartment is on the 9th, so you must go up a flight of stairs so be prepared. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of bedding. The beds only have a "mattress cover" (a non fitted sheet over it) and thats it. No blankets. The description says "fine linens", which was laughable. When we messaged the host about blankets we were told to look under the main bed, to only find more of those thin sheets, several wet and stained as well as wet towels. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
