There’s a dining table perfect for sharing meals with your partner, friends, or family.

-🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and coffee maker ☕, as well as pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

*A 100€ FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU LOSE THE APARTMENT KEYS.*

DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER! YOU RISK BEING UNABLE TO ENTER!

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of 15€ per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
There is a €15 charge for separate beds.
