This was my second stay at Amber Baltic. Last time I was at this hotel the service was great, but it was not reaching the same level on my second visit. At check in I had a standard room, even I book a Exclusive room. After a bit of complains they finally accepted that they mad a mistake and I had my upgrade.... However in the end I learned the difference between standard and Exclusive was a DVD player in the room. In general this is a good hotel, but it tend that you need to dress up to get the right service now. It was clear that people dresssing up before entering the restaurants had much bette service than someone like me who arrived in shorts and t-shirt.... This was proven by the bad service regarding parking. At arrival the parkin was full and asking for valet or other service the simple answer was no. However during my stay I experienced that this service was offered to other guests with same problem. I might go back again some other time, hoping that this second experience was bad luck. For a good nights sleep it is recommended to ask for a room directed east, as the noice of Polish singing is very loud on the west side of the hotel
