"Fred and Jane were wonderful hosts! So communicative and kind. The property was clean and inviting. My husband and I felt right at home and felt comfortable relaxing and just hanging out at the property. We also discovered the Nespresso machine, which we must be living under a rock because we have never heard of it before. Needless to say, we bought one when we got back. Overall, we had a great experience!"

"Cozy little cottage just as pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Located adjacent to the owner’s property. Beautiful live oaks with Spanish moss, gardens and even chickens who supply some delish eggs! Quiet atmosphere away from the city. We’ll be back hopefully next spring! "We chose this property based on its excellent location, proximity to SCAD, charm & listed amenities, specifically the outdoor shower & hot tub. The property’s two downstairs bedrooms were perfect for older guests. Location- Excellent! It allows for easy, drives/transfers to downtown. A Lyft was $17. The tree lined streets, covered in Spanish Moss, are breathtaking; the neighborhood is walkable & gives an air of safety. Charm- The house is beautifully decorated & the kitchen is high end....

"I travel for work and had this house stayed here for a couple of months. I enjoyed my stay and the house had everything I needed while there. The house is a cute place located in a quiet neighborhood. Only draw back was that there were no street lights and it was dark down that street but the owners have solar lights around the house. A big plus if staying with pets is the fenced in backyard. The bed was very comfortable and all appliances worked properly. Overall I would stay again!"
