The property itself was super clean and had everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. I came for a conference and looked forward to going back to my accommodation. "The hotel is new and it has a good location. However, the AC unit in the room was very noisy. Besides, the breakfast service is a Starbucks dispatch counter / kiosk, instead of a hotel breakfast, as I expected. I had booked a room including breakfast, but the hotel staff could not see it in my reservation. It's not the first time that I have this issue with Hotels.com, which appears very deceiving and unreliable. "

"This place looked ok until you got to your room. I had to giggle and lift the door handle to get it to shut. The bathroom door didn’t shut at all. The only thing that was decent about this place is it was clean. The parking lot has broken down vehicles and one of them had people sitting in it all hours of the day and night. "
