"Very cute house. Stairs are curvy and very steep. Not appropriate for someone with mobility issues are very small children. Host was very responsive. We had trouble connecting to the TV in the living room, she was very helpful. There is a train that goes by continuously almost it really did not bother us much."

"Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!"

You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes.
