"Overall a very pleasant stay. It’s an unbeatable location to downtown and to beaches. The host is very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. It’s very clean. There were plenty of places to hang out in the living room. We loved the fridge layout and the kitchen. Cant complain since it was national day holiday though the price was high. Some places could be improved: the window AC unit which could disturb the sleep and not effective in bedrooms. We wondered if the central AC was working...

"Good location. Clean and comfortable room. The only complaint I really have is that breakfast is served way too late at 8:30."

"This unit has an outstanding location in Newport. We were literally able to park our car at the door of the unit and walk or catch the free local buses to every restaurant and mansion and store that we wanted to go to during our entire stay. The apartment was clean and roomy. However, the description of the apartment never mentioned that it is a basement apartment. The windows that are in the pictures of the living room remained closed during our stay as they look out at the trash cans, or on the...

"What a delight to find this gem of a property. The lawn is spacious the old trees are shady and the flower beds are well taken care of by the host. The apartment is comfy and close to historic Four Corners and Fogland Beach. The trails to the water’s edge and also an historic old mill site and bridge are within walking distance and made for enjoyable walking. I have family nearby and plan to return when I visit."
