"We go to Jamaica yearly for Reggae Month; this is the longest time I’ve stayed in Jamaica- an entire month. We normally stay in all-inclusive hotels, but this time we wanted to stay longer in a villa for a bit more privacy. Patiently waiting, the villa was everything. we expected and more. Chris, the manager, and Alvin, the owner, were the perfect hosts; we couldn't ask for any more, and the villa was perfect and great value for money. "

"My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Kam's place. It was the perfect space with everything we needed for the time we were there. I love that he has a driver, Dre (who is amazing), and can pick up and drop off so I did not have to worry about that. Additionally, everyone on staff is very kind and helpful including the gate young man, both receptionists, and the cleaning person. "

"We stayed at the Cottage for a period of 5 weeks, Jan. to Feb. 2025. The Cottage was cozy and the perfect size for a couple. We had everything we needed and there is a supermarket a 15 minute walk away. The Caretaker Chris is a great host and always ready to help when we needed it. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.The beach is exactly a 5 minute walk away and the food at the beach restaurant is amazing. It was a very relaxing vacation."

"Arrival date mix up. Would'nt correct or even allow me to pay an extra day because it was "Occupied" all though listing states that its 2 day disinfecting turn over. Also photo of property is misleading due to photo from up stairs makes you believe its a up and downstairs and that its bigger than actually is but in reality its just a bedroom. #Disappointment"

"This studio apartment is great! The neighbors were respectful. The landlord is very kind and considerate. He made sure we made a connection with someone to drive us about if that was what we wanted. He also called to check on us ever so often. As the studio is located in a residential area, this 'taxi' connection was very much needed and appreciated. We stayed for about a month and our time there was very restful and uneventful. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a quiet...

"Gruesome dreadful property which needs gutting .. kitchen cupboard need ripping out and property needs a good update. DO NOT book this apartment .. we stayed only one night then fled…. Pictures do not depict the actual true state of the property and the managers could not care less … saw cockroaches.. cobwebs everywhere.. old broken furniture… spend your money elsewhere "
