"This is a great place right by the waterfront. It's in a historic building also. I suggest you rent an electric bike from Local Motion bikes, which is right across the street, and do the bike trail. The studio apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig and lots of pods. Comfortable bed. Reserved off street parking. Close to good restaurants and bakeries. It's comparable in price to any good hotel in Burlington, so why not stay in the best location, and have total...

"The apartment is cute, it reminded me of my days living in Manhattan. Very clean. I love that there was posted info about checking out Church St. and it was an easy walk over there to restaurants, etc. Close to water so we caught the sunset over Lake Champlain. Only one caveat, this particular unit is up a flight of outside stairs so if stairs is not your thing (carrying heavy bags), you might take that into account. "

"The property was clean and comfortable. The one thing of note is the bathroom is small. The shower would be difficult to accommodate anyone over 200lbs. With that being said, we would not hesitate to book another stay if heading that way!"

"Setting was stunning, literally over a rushing waterfall but also in downtown Middlebury. The only issues we had were that the Murphy bed was pretty creaky for two people and there was no dishwasher as the description suggests. Overall our stay was great!"

"We had a nice stay here! The house was well decorated, clean, and nicely stocked. The location was convenient to downtown, though it's not in a posh neighborhood. Be advised that though there is air conditioning, it's a window unit in the dining room rather than in the bedrooms. Propping bedroom doors and using a fan helped, though it let light into the room, so bring a sleep mask if you need A/C to sleep! We would stay here again!"
