"Home is well-loved and clean. Kitchen is updated with dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove. Microwave is available in armoire. Bathroom has washing machine, walk-in shower, great lighting, and comfy towels.Stairway is typical of an older home with slender passage, however sturdy and secure with metal railings.Stayed in the summer, so A/C window units were a welcomed relief. Back yard/porch was serene and quiet.Street parking was easy to find. I thought the Amtrak train would have bothered me...

They had snacks in the kitchen for our arrival which was a nice touch. House is decorated nicely. The central A/C and window units in the bedroom keep the whole house as cool as you need. "Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Having the private parking spot in the back was a plus. Host communication was friendly and helpful. We moved our granddaughter into her dorm at MICA and it made the move much easier having a home base for our family to rest and recharge. "
