"Nous avons séjourner pendant 2 semaines mes 5 enfants, mon mari et moi. Magnifique villa avec une belle piscine sans vis à vis, les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié et nous aussi. Par contre 3 points négatifs, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons eu 3 coupures de courant 3 jours pendant plusieurs heures dû à des travaux dans le secteur. "First time in Kalkan and loved it. Villa is lovely, well equipped with great views. A lot of the owners belongings in the wardrobes and drawers that somewhat restrict storage for our clothes. Also the 5th “bedroom” is right at the top of the house located within the laundry room and had no access to a toilet and/or bathroom. This should be highlighted in the description. Also unfortunately the games room snooker table is in bad shape and the access is underneath the villa and down steep...

"Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. "

"The villa itself was lovely and clean when we arrived. We arrived at the complex late at night and were immediately asked for 155eur which were were told was to cover daily housekeeping. This was before we were even taken to our villa. we paid this but unfortunately did not receive the housekeeping service in the week we were there. I can see from reading the villa info on Expedia's website that 100eur of this payment is a breakage deposit so I expect to receive that amount back since we did...
