"From booking, paying, checking in, our accommodation to checking out was seamless. The apartment was so clean and tidy. Originally was booked for 2 couples but they couldn't make the trip at the last minute so was just 2 of is in a 2 bed apartment. It would have been so comfortable with the 4 us especially since separate bathrooms. Only fault if you want one is there was no tongs or bbq utensils and there was no instructions on how to use the oven and the remotes but that is being unbelievably...

"Beaujolais villa was a great spot to stay in for a break in the Hunter Valley, but perhaps not quite as nice as we'd expected it to be. Part of the greater Cypress Lakes Resort, but privately owned and managed by Weekenda, this means that the resort facilities are not included, and so you can't get any support at the main resort centre, and any resort facilities you may want to use will be an extra cost and booking. We hadn't received our access codes to get in before we arrived, and this was...

"We had a most pleasant and relaxing stay at this property which, as it turned out, was the very same one we were allocated last year. "

"Had problem with the sound on the TV, remote was very basic and did not operate the sound at all. this had to be done by finding the button on the back of the TV and scrolling through the menu to select up and down. Foxtel box did not work at all either, would only switch on but no more functions available. Also, would have been easier to access with a keycard once accessed rather than having to refer to a text message to gain entry into the property each and every time"

"Really enjoyed our time here. Really lovely unit, quiet,spacious, comfy. Beautiful outlook, wallabies hanging out."

"An excellent property however due to a broken remote control we were unable to use the lovely gas fire. Also there were no instructions for the oven and we were unable to use it as it’s so complicated. This spoiled our stay as we intended having a cosy dinner with our friends. I hope future occupants do not have the same problems."
