"My 10-year old son and I loved staying at the cabin. We wished we could have stayed for much longer than 2 nights and explore more of the bushland.A tranquil place in the middle of pristine nature with beautiful wildlife. We will remember the breakfasts at the terrace in the presence of lorikeets and crimson reds. Nice relaxing atmosphere with lovely neighbors."

"This was the perfect family weekend away to switch off and connect with nature. We loved the short walks with our 4yo to the river for a swim, or morning visitors on the deck and the relaxing ambience of the environment. "Property just outside of town so you can grab anything you need quickly. Beautiful setting, woke to the sounds of all the local bird life and the beautiful foggy valley while watching the sunrise coming up from the mountains. So many animals from the cows grazing to the little magpie that would come for a snack to the green tree frog that would come and croak at night plus rock wallabies that would be hopping past. The surrounding Barrington tops National Park was spectacular views and bush...

"Having stayed previously knew the property and it continued to live up to expectations. Great spot to chill - gazing at the view, reading and spa. "Alan and Eva were so lovely and kind during the stay. They were very accommodating and helpful! My friend and I had an amazing time staying here, watching the sunsets and sitting by the campfire. Lovely place to unwind and have a weekend off in nature. We got to see the cows and the lovely views around the farm. The cosy off-grid cabin felt like a home away from home. A very memorable experience. Thank you again Alan and Eva, we’ll definitely be back! "

"What an awesome experience- imagine tiny house living with ALL the amenities. Close to the vineyards and the new local tavern! Carolyn and Paul were perfect hosts available when you need them but not intrusive. It felt like we had the place to ourselves and the distance from the other cabins ensured our privacy! "Great modern property and location was the best we have experienced in the Hunter to date. Would have been 5 starts all round, except upon arrival we had a drainage issue in one of the bathrooms (which happens), and the smell was horrible. The issue for me was, there was no urgency for the staff to fix it and it took too long for someone to come out. It should have been and absolute priority when a guest is paying for a 3 bedroom house and 1 bedroom bathroom stinks! This part was upsetting, no...
