"This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating without you even having to ask for help. We visited for the first time to celebrate our mini moon a free our wedding and they gave us a free room upgrade to a suite. They also surprised us with a complementary bottle of champagne to our room and they even had complementary transportation available within a 5 mile radius of the resort. "Outstanding hotel in a great location downtown. Close to metro and ground zero. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable bed, sofa and desk - all nicely decorated. There was also a big bathroom with everything you can expect. Amazing gym with and pool as well. A perfect hotel for a NY weekend! "

Not coming back

"This was the worst hotel experience we have had. There was renovation going on during our stay and we were woken up in the morning 0700hrs with workers hammering and drilling on the floor above. We addressed several issues during our visit and we were not helped by the staff to make things better. Rooms didn’t live up to the expectations from the pictures either. "
