"Worst stay ever. Totally ripe off this hotel. Stay away! We tried to complain though hotels.com that was very helpful and recommend the hotel that we were entitled to a refund for the remaining nights and get a new hotel but the hotel manager refused. For many hundred of dollaers a night I’m in shock of the state for this hotel. "

"Meget ren og rummelig lejlighed. Vi var 5 vokse, heraf 2 par. Ingen problemer idet en som på udtræksseng i stuen. Veludstyret køkken. Gode senge og dyner. 1 badeværelse og ekstra toilet. Kvarteret er livligt i dagtiden, fredeligt om aften/nat. Talrige muligheder for take away, tæt på subway. Ligger tæt på pier 11 med NY Ferry med hyppige afgange til Manhattan og Brooklyn- dejligt alternativ til Subway"

"Everything was updated and clean! Such a cozy stay! Great for all seasons! Golf course amazing! We road the lift to the top of the mountain and took a paddle boat ride. The alpine slide was not open mid-week, so we didn’t get to check it out. Food in Bavarian Lounge, dining room, as well as the Foggy Goggle was delicious. "Dejligt hotel og jeg vil gerne bo her igen. Det eneste negative var at deres key card system er meget gammelt og vi var flere gange nødt til at få nye kort, når vi ikke kunne komme ind på værelset. Poolen er meget lille, men hyggeligt og god for børn."

"This hotel is so big the staff can't really follow. There are too many people for the small crew, and they're not friendly at all. Neither the staff at the front desk, the restaurant/cafe or anything. All of them are not friendly. The room is OLD and dark, but the facilities are ok. The shower was super old too. I won't stay here again."
