"I was in 3 different rooms over a week and all 3 were dirty. Hair everywhere, rusty tub. One smelled so bad we asked to be moved to another room which they did help us with. I will not stay here again"

"Hillside Boutique Hotel – Beautiful Online Photos, Disappointing Reality Hillside Boutique Hotel certainly knows how to market itself. The website photos portray a charming, upscale boutique experience, but unfortunately, the actual accommodations tell a different story. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. The shower water pressure was barely more than a trickle, making a proper shower frustrating. Even more concerning was the slippery, slimy shower floor, which presented a potential...

"Everything is good we really enjoyed it"

"Clean room amazing hotel, almost every staff member was very welcoming and super friendly hospitality in exception of ONE that was rude and can safely say racist to her own kind (latinos/hispanic). It was in 2-3 different occasions in which we spoke to her after her talking to white Americans and she would immediately and noticeably change her tone and whole posture. In one occasion she was soo helpful to one family in-front of us, when it came to us ( same topic same questions ) she changed her...

"Clean rooms, staff was very helpful and super nice breakfast was on point"

"Plenty to do here. The breakfast is alright here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is close to many food and shopping options. If you are traveling to the base it’s a very short drive. The only thing we weren’t aware of is a parking fee of $4.99 a night."

"We stayed at Wild Oak Ranch for four days in late October whilst visiting rour son at Trinity University about 25 mins away. It was a nice change from a standard hotel. The villa was excellent, very clean, well equipped and the washer & tumble dryer were useful. Nice spa bath and big bathroom. We used the pool, lazy river, gym and played pickle ball, all great and never too busy. We didn’t use the fire pits or bbqs, but seemed like a nice touch. Perhaps the only disappointing thing was the...

"There was a very unpleasant odor in the room's bathroom. I suspect the smell was coming from the shower curtain; it reeked like a rotting cleaning rag. I would have asked to change rooms, but it was already late and I had already unpacked, so I just put up with it and went to sleep. I was relatively satisfied with the rest of the services."

"Bad odor in room . Floors not mopped. Flickering motion lights in room makes it hard to sleep at night."

"En la habitación había animales, no funcionaba la luz adecuadamente, el sistema extractor de aire del baño no funcionaba correctamente lo que ocasionó demasiada humedad en toda la habitación, el desayuno lo retiran a las 9:00am, en otros hoteles de la misma cadena lo retiran mas tarde, nos confiamos y no alcanzamos a desayunar, aunque bajamos 8:50 am ya no había alimentos disponibles"
